False Alarms and Cameras Buffering NIGHTMARE

Ive had this system for 3 months. Ive had two problems with cameras and the biggest one cant be resolved. The system/network is ridiculously SLOW. Even with full bars LTE service the cameras continue to buffer. Today I had an alarm go off on a hallway monitor. I couldnt connect to the cameras because they wouldnt allow me to connect to them. Then I received an "Offline" screen even though I was not offline. I left work early, the police showed up, I called Comcast, "nothing was wrong". The salesperson told me a cat cant set the motions off, the installer told me that a cat cant set it off, yet the police told me they can. All could have been resolved if the cameras actually worked like they should have. There is an OVER 40 second delay on the cameras even when they rarely even connect. The app and the service is utter garbage.
