The app is very user friendly and promotes peace of mind away from home; however, we receive error messages constantly, the camera does not work and we were not informed that we would have to change the batteries on the door/window sensors every month or so. When we have called Xfinity customer service, they offer no solutions to our problems. A representative informed us that "the products sit in a warehouse and most of the batteries are dead upon arrival."
