Call from Comcast

Received a call today about a problem with my home monitor. I did not even know there was an issue. I was cleaning a few days ago and must of disconnected it. The very helpful REP talked me through the fix. She was awesome and Im so happy she called to alert me to the issue. The app is extremely helpful as I can always check my home system. Five stars!!!
