Was hesitant at first, but this home security is top class and necessary! Must have for anyone! Stay safe out there people

Its nice when it works ! Not reliable - I just use the cameras and door sensors to check on my elderly mothers house. She has Careproviders 24/7, so I can tell when they get to work (door sensor) and check on cameras via the app. Although, every time I "need" to check quickly it doesnt load fast - or not at all---plus looks like I can not send a rating from my phone !! (11/24/16)

Apple Watch support? Would be nice to arm and disarm from Apple Watch. $10/m for EACH camera to record is too much!!! Other than that, app works as advertised.

This app is great. Very convenient to be able to turn alarm on and off remotely. Alerts are very timely as well. Only issue is that the app signs you out every now and then and you have to sign back in. Other than that, it would be given a 5.

Convenient. Easy. Gave us peace of mind with our kids in the city.

Will not let me log in. I even reset password. Yet it gives me login error every time.

I was with another security company for over 30 years and with Xfinity we can use our mobile app to take care of our needs. We are actually paying less per month for a much better security system. Which we had switched sooner. Highly recommend Xfinity home.

Love our new security system and the app makes arming, disarming, and monitoring everything a breeze. Couldnt be happier!

App works great as long as the service is up n running! Love being able to see whats going on with the camera in my home while Im away from the house. That way I can check on my pets or just to see if everything is the way it should be. LOVE IT!!!! Best part now is that you can save video footage right to your favorite devices!!!

This app is way better than I expected, definitely gives me a peace of mind when Im away from home.

So easy to use and can do everything from my phone which is so convenient. Highly recommend this. I compared against one of the big name security firms and there was no comparison. Xfinity are miles ahead.
