Great app

Love the the ability to check on house when not a home. When home can also use to keep an eye on my grandson when hes playing in back yard.

So far, so good

Its only been a few days but I love the use and comprehension of this app.

Excellent service backed by great app

Ive had my XFINITY home security for a year and it is just what I expected and wanted it to be. Responsive, never any problem, no false alarms and great service when requested. I could not be happier.

So convenient and easy to use. Dont know what all the bad reviews are about. The previous version had some bugs, but latest has no issues at all.

User Friendly

Seamless with all my other xfinity services. User friendly and love the easy access to my account from the mobile account. Now my mind is at ease knowing I have my xfinity home service.

Love the app, dislike the system and service!

The app is very user friendly and promotes peace of mind away from home; however, we receive error messages constantly, the camera does not work and we were not informed that we would have to change the batteries on the door/window sensors every month or so. When we have called Xfinity customer service, they offer no solutions to our problems. A representative informed us that "the products sit in a warehouse and most of the batteries are dead upon arrival."

Crashes ALL the time

This crashes all the time with session and configuration errors. It would be great but most of the time I cannot arm remotely or sometimes Ive armed and cannot unarm before entering my house or going downstairs (if armed night). Should be easy and a time saver but I spend more time re-signing in and trying to figure out why it wont work then I would ever like. Please fix the bugs!

Smart Home

Turned my house into a smart home. Works flawless.

Working perfectly

Only thing is that we had 3 people killed around the corner about 7 houses away o 4/28/2016 at about 6am in the morning and I was hoping to see the car on my camera but wasnt able to pick it up and only thing I can think is that it didnt come by the front of my house. Please if you can help me get someone to view the history of this time and date for the detective this would help catch the killers. It was a compact dark car is all I know at this point. And there were 3 hooded people in the car. Please help no one has been caught yet.

Terrible, full of bugs, unusable. This app is worthless.

Worst service ever

Xfinity Home has not been good to us. The customer support for it has been terrible.

Sporadic issues

The system works and allows us to arm and disarm but the cameras go in and out all the time and show errors.

Love it

It makes us feel safe and secure. Highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful also taking the time to help. Thats customer service.

This app is awful for the blind they need to put as much thought into the app as they did the X one box

Unreliable

I have gone on vacation three times within the last year and during those times the system would not work. I kept getting the Internet is not working and not able to communicate with the system and that my security system is not working. The time that I need the security system to work is when I am not home. Of course customer service said that unless Im home there us nothing they can do to help. This is so typical with Comcast support. Currently I am looking to find a security system that is more reliable.
