Works sometimes. Constantly reset the app. Its slow too.

Xfinity Home app is the most comprehensive home security app I have seen!!

Super convenient and reliable. It is really assuring knowing your home is safe and secure.

Dont really know where to start with this. The app can take an excessive amount of time to load (if it even does). Many times, it will forget your username and password which requires you to enter everything again - grrrr! Ive even had a few times that Ive gone into the app and when it connected with the alarm, it set it off. Stay clear folks!

Never works. Crashes and errors out more than it works. My alarm was disarmed and when I open the app it says its armed. Completely frustrating useless app. It also repeatedly asks you to review the app over and over.

Great app. Very easy to use. Gives me a great sense of security!

I called myself upgrading for tighter security and switched to XFINITY. I especially liked the idea of being able to view when some uninvited guest was uknocking at my door via my smartphone because I PAID FOR a camera to be installed. Well it constantly gives me error messages & I have called XFINITY on several occasions to fix the problem ever since it was installed. IT STILL MESSES UP! It only works less than half of the time! I am SO ANNOYED!!! This feature was one of the main reasons why I switched to XFINITY! I am EXTREMELY disappointed and Im ready to switch back!!!

The home security app is good, not great. Keep working on it xfinity.

Does everything I need it to. This is a great addition to my home security system.

Numerous false alarms after tech installed it. Had to call several times to try to get it fixed. They asked me to do this & that to fix it. The system was only installed for a week. The app is super slow & not very well designed. I had ADT before & cant wait to go back. Everything worked & it was a single touch to arm & disarm.

At the moment not very satisfied as my home camera wont connect to iPhone. Cant check on whats going at home. Not very happy at the moment.

Easy to use. Connects almost every time. Far better than past versions.

Really enjoy the system and app. Of course its not perfect but they seem to have regular updates and try and address issues and add things. The time zones displayed on the app logs is whatever zone your phone is in instead of your local system... Wish they would fix that because I travel a lot for work and it becomes very confusing. The app should always display logs in local system time. I wish you could set notification rules using the app and they were sent using push notifications. I dont like using the full website to do that. Also the rules setting is very restrictive. I would like to set a rule of the garage door is open for longer than 15 minutes the system sends a text or push notification to me... As my garage sensors is set to 24hr monitor. But these issues are just minor. Overall its a very responsive, dependable and intuitive app. But hope they continue to evolve and improve it.

Cant log in because I get an error message every time! Pointless if I cant even log in! Updated the app several times and even got a new phone and the app still wont work!

Does its job, but annoying that it constantly bugs you to rate it, so hopefully Ill stop getting pop ups. When I choose "no," that should be the end of it. UPDATE: Stop telling me to rate the app after I already rated it! 1 Star!

Dont get me wrong the home security system is good but there can be a ton of improvement such as other cameras longer recordings updated touchscreens but all in all I would give out of 1 to 10 probably a six
