Great system and easy to understand

Ive had this system for 3 months. Ive had two problems with cameras and the biggest one cant be resolved. The system/network is ridiculously SLOW. Even with full bars LTE service the cameras continue to buffer. Today I had an alarm go off on a hallway monitor. I couldnt connect to the cameras because they wouldnt allow me to connect to them. Then I received an "Offline" screen even though I was not offline. I left work early, the police showed up, I called Comcast, "nothing was wrong". The salesperson told me a cat cant set the motions off, the installer told me that a cat cant set it off, yet the police told me they can. All could have been resolved if the cameras actually worked like they should have. There is an OVER 40 second delay on the cameras even when they rarely even connect. The app and the service is utter garbage.

I like being able to turn system on an off when away from home. Sometimes it doesnt work but most of the time it does. Like the camera.

Very often has failures to connect. Very unreliable app. Update- never works! Dont download and dont sign up for service.

I can view the camera while gone. I can see which doors have been open and closed or remaining open. I can arm and disarm my security system from my vehicle before I get in. Very nice features. I would recommend the security system.

Its so convenient, I use it every day!! I would be lost without it !!

I totally love the service, easy to use the only problem is the bug happening every now and then where the service stop working.

Im so happy that I got the security system!!!! Now I have one bill (cable internet phone & security) I love it!!!

A camera that is actually useful!

There was an update done on the app on April 14, 2016. Ever since then I cannot connect to my camera thru the app that was working just fine before the fix. So if they could fix the fix and get it to where I can connect to my camera thru the app that would be super. Thanks

I love the sound mind of my home security xfinity you really surprised me with how well this works!

This is a decent enough app but it could be better. Id like to see the ability to add all my Insteon devices such as my Insteon cameras, leak detectors, light controllers. Etc to my xfinity home app With that said , since they have added 24/7 video monitoring it is a very very good app. And I recommend xfinity home to everyone

Im sure Im over stepping at the moment, but a way to arm and disarm from a Apple Watch would be extremely convenient. I wish more third party manufacturers would get on board with the "Works With Xfinity" platform (kēvo, Skybell, Nest Cam, Nest Protect, WeMo, Philips Hue, Ecobee, Amazon Echo) Other than that, Xfinity Home has been a great investment. App works as advertised.

Excited to see how the indoor vs outdoor camera setting improves motion detection!

It keeps telling me to use a different password/username than what is associated with my account.

This app is very useful when forgetting to arm the system after leaving the house or when going to bed and you dont wanna get up I can just do it from my phone. Its great to be able to look in at my house and make sure the dogs are doing okay or notified when something opens or closes. Very very happy with the app and security itself helping with peace of mind knowing everything is well at home and protected.

I like the feature to arm/disarm remotely, but many times it takes forever to load even with strong internet service. Camera takes a long time to load and gets frozen a lot. Also, doesnt do well when the power is out, would have problem to disarm/arm with the keypad. Definitely can be improved.
